  • Membership fees and other Fees
    Membership and Dues: 1. Annual Membership Dues: The organization has set an annual membership fee of ₱____ for regular members to cover basic operational expenses, such as administrative costs, communication tools, and basic supplies. 2. Initiation Fee: New members joining Maginoo may be asked to pay a one-time initiation fee of ₱_____to cover the administrative costs associated with processing new memberships and providing welcome materials to new members. 3. Event Fees: A nominal event fee may be charged for events, meetings, or conferences hosted by Maginoo throughout the year, which can help cover costs such as venue rental, refreshments, and materials specific to each event. 4. Volunteer Contributions: Members are encouraged to contribute their time, skills, or resources to support Maginoo's activities and initiatives. This could include volunteering for service projects, providing ability, or aiding with event planning and execution. 5. Donations and Pledges: Members may choose to make added donations to Maginoo to support specific projects, campaigns, or fundraising efforts. Donations should be voluntary, and members can contribute any amount they are comfortable with, according to their ability. *Membership fees and other applicable charges may be waived if assumed by a sponsor or a director who agrees to shoulder the costs. This provision is applicable particularly in cases where the total number of members is ten or fewer, to allow greater focus on developing a sustainable and marketable membership strategy. This approach also supports the implementation of a 'reset to zero' membership policy, ensuring that recruitment efforts are intentional and well-aligned with the club's goals.
  • Active Members Process
    1. Active Members: Eligibility Criteria: The organization extends invitations to individuals who have attained the age of 18 or above and meet the criteria for membership, which may include professional qualifications, leadership experience, or community involvement. As part of the membership, individuals are expected to uphold the organization's code of conduct and principles in all their activities. a. Membership Process: To become a member, submit an application form and required documentation. The membership committee or leadership will review and approve it. Then, participate in an induction ceremony or formal welcome. Rights and Responsibilities: a. Members are entitled to participate in organization activities, events, and decision-making processes. b. Members are eligible to hold leadership positions within the organization, such as board members or committee chairs. c. Members are expected to contribute to the organization's goals
  • Alumni Members process
    Alumni Members: 1. Eligibility Criteria: a. Former regular members who have concluded their active involvement with the organization but wish to maintain a connection. b. Individuals who have aged out of the regular membership category or have transitioned due to life circumstances. 2. Transition Process: a. Notification to the organization's leadership of the member's intention to transition to alumni status. b. Acknowledgment and approval by the organization's governing body. 3. Privileges: a. Alumni members have continued involvement in organization activities as non-voting, non-office- holding members. b. They are invited to participate in alumni-specific events and programs. c. Not required to meet the standard membership criteria. 2. Selection Process: a. Honorary members are selected by current members or the organization's leadership. b. Approval by the organization's governing body or membership at large. c. Formal acknowledgment and induction as honorary members. 3. Privileges: a. Honorary members are granted special recognition and status within the organization. b. They are invited to participate in organization events and activities as honored guests. c. They may receive exemptions from membership dues or other financial obligations.
